Kofi Boateng - Acheampong Is a Barrister at law and Solicitor and a member of Ghana Bar Association, and Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners Ghana. (I.H.R.M.P)

He has a varied background in Human Resource Management and Administration having worked in the public and private sectors for many years.

He started his work experience with the Office of the President, castle Osu and the office of the Regional Administration as an Assistant Director Administration and Personnel.

He also worked as Principal Administrator with Presbyterian Health Services. Before joining Vanguard Assurance as Head of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Acheampong was with Consortium, a multinational company in Accra for more than three years, where he served as a Human Resource Manager.
