Mrs. Esther Osei-Yeboah, holds a B.Sc. Degree from University of Ghana. She is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, U.K.

She joined Vanguard Assurance as a Public Relation Officer in 1987 before branching into insurance underwriting. Having received a rich experience and training in insurance and reinsurance underwriting, she rose to become the Head of Fire, Accident and Engineering Department and recently, the Manager in charge of the Retail Relations Department. Currently she is the Senior Manager in charge of the VHH Project and the Head of Corporate Relations.

She has benefited from extensive training in insurance underwriting and reinsurance both locally and at Munich Reinsurance Company, South Africa.
