The Branch Relations Department is a relatively new department charged with the responsibility of coordinating the operational request of our Branch offices to the Head office.

Since its inception last year, it has helped greatly in streamlining the efficient services provided by our Branch offices especially with Branch claims processing which saw an over 100% increase in claims processed as compared to the previous year.

We are working to drastically improve the response time of our Branch offices so as to give our customers the best of service in the industry.

The Reinsurance Department is run by well dedicated and motivated staff charged with the responsibility of analyzing and managing the risk underwritten by our underwriters in line with the relevant provisions as contained in the Company’s reinsurance program.

Our adequate and sustainable reinsurance program is supported by international reinsures such as Munich Re (the largest reinsurer in the world), Africa Re, Ghana Re and Mainstream Reinsurance Company Limited who help to ensure that the risk of our clients are adequately protected and secured.

The Internal Audit Department has a highly qualified, motivated and dedicated staff who always ensure that there are effective and efficient controls to promote customers and Investors welfare by constantly assessing the internal control systems and making recommendations to improve upon them.

The department also promotes an organization wide awareness of controls and risks and monitors the implementation of agreed plans and policies of the Company.

It helps to streamline the underwriting procedures to ensure that customers needs are satisfied and ensures best practices to secure our customers risks and investments.
