Nana Juabeng-Boaten Siriboe is the Chief Director of the Ministry of Finance and economic Planning and also the Director of the Morning Star school. Born on the 11th of October 1957, he started his career at the Wingate College in the USA in 1981 gradually rising to the position of Director at the center for Economics & Business of the North Carolina State University.

 
From 1989 to 1995, he worked with the IMF and rose through the ranks to the position of Chief, Training section of IMF, Washington DC Staff Development Division. From 1995 to 2005, he worked in various capacities as a consultant to the Ministry of Finance until his appointment as Chief Director.
