Mr. Ken Brown, born in the United Kingdom on the 17th of June 1926, is a renowned insurer and businessman. He started his career with S.C. Maguire at the London stock Exchange in 1940. Later Giles & Creswell from 1942-1944.

He continued his career in 1948 with L. Hammond & Co. Ltd – Lloyds Insurance Brokers and in 1963 was appointed to as Director of the London Stock Exchange Public Company. In 1976 was Deputy Chairman by retirement in 1982 was the head of Reinsurance Division Worldwide.

Form 1983 to 1988, he served as a consultant for Maynard Reeves & Wallace Lloyds Insurance Brokers and was an underwriting member of Lloyds of London from 1968 to 1985.

He is a founding member and Director of Vanguard Assurance Company Limited.

He loves rugby, cricket and boxing.
