Mr. Keteku, was born on the 28th of April 1947 in Ghana.  He completed his first degrees with Dartmouth College in USA and then proceeded Ithaca, N.Y. where he perused his Masters in Structural Engineering.

He has been the Managing Director and Partner of Vector Morrison Gh. Ltd. since 1996 to date. He has also been the Managing Director and partner of Vector Development Limited, a joint venture construction company from 1977 to date.

He started his career with Vappi Inc., a building Company in the USA then to Mitchell Systems Inc., a mass building company specializing in building power plants and recreational structures.

He is the former Chairman and majority partner of Prestige motor Company Limited.

Mr. Keteku is also a member of several associations including the Rotary Club.
